What Does a 21st Century Classroom Look Like?

I have occasionally been asked what 21st Century Teaching and Learning really is.  After all, we have been inundated with so many buzz words in education, many people are skeptical of this new one.
However, this one is not a fleeting gimmick.  It is reality.  It is the future.
I've been thinking this week about the answer to that question, and was really psyched to find this blog post in my RSS reader.  One of the most important aspects is NOT using technology just for the sake of the technology.  In other words, using technology to do what we've always done the same way we've always done it is not 21st Century teaching.  Another important aspect is going beyond the classroom walls--students communicating with students in other schools--even in other countries--talking with experts, experiencing real world learning.
