The speaker in this keynote is Sheryl Nussbaum-Beach, who used to be a Virginia Beach teacher and CRS. (Except I think it was called CRT then.) This is worth the listen, even though it's long. But you can download it to iTunes and listen to it on your iPod while you're driving. It's inspiring.
